This role, based out of Bounce's head office in Melbourne, was to provide support to the People and Culture team, responsible for the growth and development of Bounce and it's people globally. The role consisted of:- Coordinating and facilitating Bounce's hiring process and executing staff training across Australia, including venues in Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, and South Australia. - Creating training modules for existing or new initiatives, to be used by current and future Bounce employees globally.- Editing position descriptions and job advertisements for all roles across the business- Reviewing and updating current training modules for various venue roles- Support the development of national training initiatives, designed to educate current employees on new business initiatives

Was selected to facilitate staff training and venue launch at BOUNCE's first Italian venue in Turin

When BOUNCE (based in Melbourne, Aus) launched in Scandinavia, I was selected for a 12 month secondment based in Stockholm, Sweden.Some of my duties included:- Coordinating and executing recruitment workshops with up to 600 participants in Stockholm and Malmo.- Consulting with & coaching local partners and venue staff to ensure the Bounce culture and processes were successfully implemented, often working with the team to find solutions to local challenges. - Localising and delivering the Bounce training suite for multiple venue launches.- Representing and embodying the Bounce brand and values, and spreading the awesome magic of our brand. - Maintaining strong lines of communication with Australian Head Office. Communicating venue progress, identifying training and operational gaps, and implementing business updates.- Working in the Stockholm venue as a Team Leader.
