• Working closely with all departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.• Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specification, preparing job adverts, shortlisting applications, interviewing and selecting candidates, conducting inductions and training, and implementing contracts of employment.• Strategic oversight of all elements of HR support – case management, payroll, company benefits, supply deployment, clear policies• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures• Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers and organising employee training.• Assisting with a full range of HR tasks throughout the employee lifecycle• Absence management and follow up as required, such as conducting return to work interviews where sickness absence trigger points have been reached and making occupational health referrals where necessary • H&S, including plans, method statements, risk & COSHH assessments etc • Development of financial and operational controls and business processes;• Regulate management accounts, statutory accounts and tax compliance;• VAT Submissions• Bank Relationship Management• Financial planning, budgetary control, forecast modelling, cash flow management and monitoring of key performance targets;

Main Duties:· Mentor new and existing Employees · Conduct in house training where required· Administration of the company database ensuring that data is accurately maintained and up to date.· Prepare detailed reports for MD on staff achievements/progression· Attend network meetings· Monitor specific projects· Manage customer service and ensure any complaints are dealt with efficiently· Responsible for monitoring the aged debt position on a regular basis ensuring that arrears are effectively managed and kept at a minimum level· Conduct Stock take and management accounts· Attend regular update meeting with MD
