1.Write and update the process documents related to IE department.2.Update the standard operating instructions and train new employees in IE department.3.QC clean room standard man-hour determination (according to the work flow into hours), optimize the operating standards to improve efficiency of the station.4.Monitoring the each station UPH of QC clean room , when there are abnormal, find out the reasons, search the solution.5.Monitor the overall HPK, the relevant indicators of production and quality, if there is problem fine out the reason and report to the boss.6.Supervise all kinds of quality records, summarize the indicators of the management of the equipment,make scientific analysis to improve the efficiency of the equipment.7.Participate in the transformation of the clean room, update the clean room layout.8.Simple cost budget analysis.9.Clean room shop floor equipment purchasing, daily maintenance and management.10.Assist and participate in the implementation of PAL project.
