Integrated in the Finance department, and currently reporting to the CFO, is responsible for the payroll of 6 companies and around 700 employees.Point of contact of all employees on Payroll matters, supporting the Business Managers and liasing with People First department.Responsible for ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently; Maintaining and updating payroll information; Resolving payroll discrepancies; Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures. Experience in working in Primavera BSS

Prepare 300 employee’s payroll. Assisted staff with routine HR related questions, served as the first point of contact for employees: Managed, organized and updated files, records, charts and reports.Handled discrete information related to employee relations, changes in the organization, performances, appraisals, confidential information issues, and other sensitive HR-related matters.Provided employee training and orientation services.Updating employee data like attendance, absence, salary etc.; Calculated and processed commissions for various employees; Balanced and maintained payroll files.

Responsible for managing claims and support requests from clients of PT Group.
