As a director at Principles for Responsible Investment, she led a pioneering programme on investors’ management of sustainability impacts and delivery of the SDGs. She is regularly called as an expert on human rights due diligence at the French and EU policy level and with senior executives. Her publications on this topic are widely cited, notably on the French Vigilance Law.A graduate from Harvard Law School, Sciences Po Paris, and Sorbonne Paris 1, Elsa is also a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar (omitted).
