Responsible for overseeing the fee for service sales,supervise the consultant team’s projects and ensure that the department’scommunication, policies and procedures are streamlined.

•Lead a team of 7 Family Engagement Specialists (FES) in implementing a comprehensive family engagement plan grounded in the Strengthening Families™ Framework •Provide leadership, coordination and coaching to FES and in all aspects of the organization as it relates to working with sites to create family engagement systems in early education centers•Develop, monitor, revise, and evaluate annual department scope of work, budget, work plans, CQI, and productivity goals•Plan and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff, Early Educators and Community Stakeholders on the Strengthening Families™ Framework •Plan team development and professional development activities for continuous improvement, learning, and skill acquisition and refinement

• Supervised a team of 7 Specialists and one Program Assistant in implementing parent engagement support to over 330 preschool sites.• Evaluated the team's processes, recommended and coordinated changes based on process analysis.• Fulfilled Parent Engagement and Resource Specialist duties by maintaining a caseload of 45-60 sites.
