I managed the establishment of a robust Finance function, streamlined processes, implemented an efficient ERP system, and designed finance-related frameworks while growing the Finance team from 3 to 10 employees. This initiative was instrumental during a significant scale-up phase, as the company expanded from 90 to 250 employees and with a growth in revenue from 200 MSEK to approximately 900 MSEK.
