The diverse scientific facilities at European XFEL enable scientists from across the globe to carry out a wide range of experimental techniques.In my current role, I support the company’s strategy, it’s related cultural transformation and the development of all colleagues by:o Implementing a Personnel Development (PD) Strategy in line with the organization’s objectiveso Designing and setting up PD processes and toolso Fostering communication and raising awareness on the company values o Creating and implementing a leadership program for supervisors and senior staffo Developing companywide awareness on topics such as diversity and equal treatment o Offering a comprehensive soft skills training programto all employees (e.g. communication, conflict management, self-management, incl. health management)o Offering special trainings for targeted groups (PhD programs, language trainings)o Organizing, coordinatingand administrating all trainings.o Consulting and supporting management, supervisors, colleagues and works council in all PD related topics (Team Development Workshops, coachings, trainings).o Managing, monitoring the PD budget and ensure its compliance o Cooperating with external partners (coaches and training providers) as well as other suppliers to provide high quality programs to the organizationo Organizinghealth-related events and activities (health days, Step challenge…)
