I am the marketing manager at Similan, a property development company, specialising in the development of homes for the emerging middle class market. I oversee the in-house marketing and design studio, develop the marketing strategy and direct implementation. Each estate has its own brand, with agents selling and renting homes & apartments. My team coordinate marketing material for all the projects and direct content for the various platforms. I research PR opportunities, arrange launch events, liaise with agents and equip them with marketing material and ideas that will result in networking opportunities. Our team also does work for non-property brands.

I was responsible for handling communication needs and account management. This included close liaison with the in-house brand specialists and creative team, to come up with brand activation solutions, marketing and communication content and material.
