About Elsayed Ashour
Integrated background in physical chemistry, with comprehensive research experience of stress corrosion cracking, corrosion inhibitions, and their industrial applications in petroleum technology and other industries. Dr Ashour participated in many research projects in, Egypt and Germany and published more than thirty technical papers about stress corrosion cracking of different alloys in different solutions and sea water at climate temperature and very high temperatures, electrochemical and characterization of corrosion for different metal and alloys. Dr Ashour supervised several M. Sc theses and Ph.D. dissertation in Egypt. He also taught some undergraduate and many short courses. He is a member of some distinguished associations such as Egyptian Corrosion Society, Cairo, Egypt.
