Projects:* Design, supervision, and erection of water and wastewater treatment plants.* Infrastructure (MV & LV, firefighting, etc.) of industrial area in Gerga City, Sohag.* Design, supervision, and erection of wastewater pumping stations.Disciplines & Duties:- Supervising site works in accordance with project specifications, method statements, approved construction drawings, and instructions.- Ensuring all materials used and work performed meet specifications.- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.- Coordinating with design consultants, project management, procurement, and construction contractors; attending meetings as required.- Estimating, preparing, and assigning resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, and tools.- Organizing and allocating resources to achieve progress within quality requirements.- Supervising the activities of manpower and subcontractors according to assigned duties and responsibilities.- Following up and reviewing submitted documents, including submittals, vendor lists, and shop drawings.- Reviewing BOQs, technical offers, technical clarifications, and deviations to specifications and scope of work.- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.- Following up on the time schedule, scope baseline, and cash flow.- Coordinating all project team activities for handing over.
