I am Elsayed Mohammad Hammad,fourth-year medical student at Alexandria University, Egypt. my passion is research and teaching. I was ranked among the top 5% of students In my first two years of medical school. and earned a distinction student award for the students with special talent in scientific research. my main interest is neurological surgery, spine, neuroscience, neurological Healthcare equity, disparity and advocacy and how to improve this field. So, I have founded neurosurgery interested group called Neurolab to do research focused in neurosurgery, exchange ideas and opportunities in this field. our goal is to make Neurolab a significant point in the medical education and and making an impact in the neurological surgery in the world. I also interested in community service. so, I am the president of Mission Brain Alex chapter under the supervision of Dr. AlfredoQuiñones-Hinojosa, professor of Neurological Surgery at mayo clinic. the rule of this chapter is to fundraising for providing a good neurological Healthcare for the poor people and doing some students activities in neurosurgery such as physical campaign to spread the awareness about strokes in the STROKE DAY in the undeserved areas, NeuroAlex conference, Neurolab journal club and many many more activities.and because my vision for improvement is summarized in a triangle. so, the Entrepreneurship is the third side in addition to the community service and research. for this, I Established ARSA startup which provides a research solution to the community. some of our services are the scientific research training program, mentorship program, consulting and CRO services. this is ARSA website for more information:https://sites.google.com/view/arsa-research-team/home if you want to contact us for any future project to enhance the field, we will be happy to push this field forward together. 🧠
