Bids and Tenders Department - Supply Chain Division

- Plan, execute, control production & procurement according to strict deadlines and within budget.- Handling the production operations for Banque du caire till delivery to Warehouses.- Supervision on warehouse stocks to reduce the obsolete items.- Random visits to the branches & warehouse.

- Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals- Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities- Responsible for application and Promotional Requests.- Following the contracts and designs- Following up with the installation team to install promotional materials- Promotional materials Report- Other assignments

- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances- Maintaining historical records
