• Develop the factory plan on the short term (monthly) and long term (quarterly, semiannual, annual).• Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.• Optimize resources and the scheduling of resources to meet production demand• Ensure availability of materials in-line with production schedules• Plan and prioritize Orders to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay• Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.• Keep inventory at optimal levels to guarantee the execution of the Production Plan without interruptions.• Participate in Inventory check process as planned (Quarterly, Semiannual, annual).• Manage all scheduling aspects of engineering changes to insure minimal material obsolescence and effectivity date changes, etc.• Collaborate with operations to monitor and facilitate schedules for new products to ensure that production dates can be met without any problems.• Actively participate in cost reduction, continuous improvement and team activities.• Coordinate with other departments (sales, customer service, purchasing, R&D, etc.)• Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.• Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.• Keeping Material Master data up-to-date• Mentoring and development of planning team
