The site development includes the following:Hotel 24 Bed room over 2 levels 16 Cinema hall 5800 m² Fun-Kingdom 2560 m² 350 Rentable Shop• HNS HQ building • Suncity Tours Company.  - Supporting network infrastructure & troubleshooting connectivity issues over 250 switch (cisco catalyst 2960x , 6500 ,cisco 4500 ,……). - Implementing Configurations on Cisco Switches & access points. - Supporting &Administration network security devices including Fort iGATE ,ACS .  - Configuring & Supporting Cisco Digital Media Server & Digital Media Players  -Working with Cisco Unified Computing “UCS” Blade platform, configuring and setting up servers and connectivity.  -Supporting VMware vSphere 5.5, ESXI . - Implementing, supporting and maintaining Directory Services (DNS, DHCP and access control). - Installing and configuring computers operating systems and applications . - Support all Video Surveillance Systems on the mall such as: Internal IP Cameras Pelco Camera (Endura System 330 IP Camera + 6 Workstation+ 6 NSM Storage each one 12TB + System Manager)External Cameras Infinova Camera (20 IP PTZ Camera + 1 Workstation + storage)Zero tech cameras (35 IP-CAM)

 Identifies researches, troubleshoots and resolves technical problems that customers may encounter. Communicates with customers, using the latest technology and web based Identifies tools, to provide advanced troubleshooting solutions, to resolve technical issues.  Tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution . recurring problems and contribute ideas on ways to better solve these problems. Record/Update Trouble Tickets for customer complaints/inquires.
