Final responsibility for setting up and implementing global sales and marketing policy (based on account management principle) involving a seat on the board of management and running a number of key accounts, like Heineken, Bavaria, Sara Lee/Douwe Egberts and Avandis. Sales were 35% the Netherlands, 20% the rest of Europe - especially France, the UK and Denmark – and 45% Latin America. During this period the sales department was organised more efficiently and focus has been set for account management. Special assignments included giving presentations and lectures on print and wrapping techniques to international conferences, international offices and design courses whilst maintaining customer relations with key suppliers and branch organisations.

Co-ordinator for 3 sets of news service editorial staff at Brabant Pers (Brabants Dagblad, Eindhovens Dagblad and Nieuwsblad van het Zuiden) involving intense contact with journalists, government officials and those working in public institutions. Chiefly responsible for the efficient deployment of journalists actively involved in gathering news.
