Signed transactions include loans to Philips, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and FrieslandCampina.

Responsible for Clinton Health Access Initiative's Health Financing programme in Zambia, including resource and expenditure tracking of HIV financing and financial modelling of costs and benefits of changes in medicine policies.

Providing financial advice on healthcare in developing countries. Projects included the development of a costing model for mobile clinics and drafting of peer-reviewed articles.

Strengthening Health Outcomes through the Private Sector (SHOPS) is the United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) global flagship project that aims to facilitate the sustainable involvement of the private sector in health care. The project was executed by Abt Associates.My role as country representative and technical expert was to manage and lead its activities in Namibia, including the development of an overview of costs and benefits of the inclusion of male circumcision for HIV prevention in medical aid schemes, research into reducing the cost of access to anti-retroviral treatment and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

- Performing a cost evaluation of two mobile HIV/wellness testing clinics in Namibia(Bophelo!), and comparing the unit costs to fixed site HIV testing.- Financial advisor to the set up of mobile primary health care clinics in rural areas of Namibia- Project managing the set up of a public private partnership between a public and a private clinic in Rosh Pinah, Namibia

Supervising fourth year Public Management students: providing advice and guidance on their thesis.

Provision of policy advice on a range of topics as part of an internal consultancy within HM Treasury. Leading on several projects commissioned directly by Ministers or senior officials, managing a team of four. Projects included a review of funding and delivery of social and affordable housing and leading across the Treasury on the sale of Dunfermline Building Society, whilst working closely with the Bank of England.

Providing advice on project finance (Public Private Partnerships / PPPs) to government departments. Key responsibilities included representing HM Treasury at business case approval meetings for PPP projects and advising on specific elements of complex procurement approaches, such as timing, competition, benchmarking and funding.

Advising clients on the management of their capital programmes, such as procurement, risk management, governance and stakeholder engagement issues. Key projects included advising Deutsche Bank on the management of its global real estate portfolio, project managing a review for British Gas and reviewing the Olympic Delivery Authority's procurement processes.

Responsible for project finance projects (public-private partnerships) in government real estate. Key tasks included representing the Ministry of Finance at appraisal meetings, representing the Dutch government at European exchange forums and providing financial and strategic advice to projects in procurement.

Focus on initiatives involving the private sector in development. Project management of the large-scale conference ‘Mobilising your services for development’, which included the development of the idea and set-up, financial and project planning, marketing and the management of two interns.
