About Els Deboutte
Expert and trainer in Leadership, Solution Focused Coaching, collaboration and career coach. With over 30 years of experience in HR, as consultant and since 2009 as a co-founder, coach, trainer, speaker, and author at Make me Fly!, I help individuals and teams find and pursue their career and life goals. I specialize in career (re)orientation and transition, leadership and motivation, resilience and employability, and academic careers. I also train future coaches to be professionals in the broad sense of the word, using a solution-focused approach. I'm a proud member of EMCC Belgium, EMCC Global and ICF. Over the years, I had the honor of coaching people on career skills, career decisions and on positive leadership for over 3000 hours. As an Insights Discovery practitioner, a psychologist, and a former musician, I leverage my diverse background and skills to create engaging and interactive workshops, seminars, and books on collaboration, communication, and personal development. I have co-authored and published several articles and books, including "Content! Simpele oplossingen voor een leven vol geluk" and "Goesting! Opnieuw plezier vinden in je werk én je leven". I am also passionate about tea and yoga, and I hold a certificate as a tea sommelier.
