My main job tasks is within Safety, Environmental and Service Quality within Baroid Drilling Fluids and Baroid Surface Solutions. This includes all onshore activity, Fluids Lab, Base facilities and offshore activity within Baroid Scandinavia. I report directly to Baroid Scandinavia Country Manager and are a part of Baroid Scandinavia Management team located in Tananger. • Providing training and guidance to individuals engaged in well site service work. • Reviews performance data to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement both in HSE & SQ. • Promotes the use of the Halliburton Management System (Halliburton’s quality system) • Promotes and encourages safety and service quality through monthly meetings and daily communication with operations in Baroid. • Monitors on-site field performance assessments (End of Job Customer Survey (CSS)/ Key Performance Indicator review). • Assists employees with Human Resource Development and HR issues. • Trains, mentors, and assesses competencies of employees. • Coordinates and assists with the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement process. • Investigates accidents, injuries and incidents within assigned department. • Interfaces and works effectively with Technical Professionals (Project coordinators) on a daily basis with issues regards HSE & SQ. • Conducts and participates in internal, regulatory, and customer audits and inspections. • Provides data interpretation, training, and process improvement to departments employees.• Hazard identification and risk management.• Investigation and causal analysis (TapRoot trained)• Environmental program and risks, Spill prevention program.• Record-keeping of HSE and SQ within Baroid Drilling Fluids and Baroid Surface Solutions.• Knowledge of Company HSE programs, policies, procedures and processes, as well as working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.

Arbeidsoppgaver Koordinere offshorepersonell for Baroid Drilling FluidsSette opp crew for offshorearbeid, planlegges utifra schedule og jevn arbeidsfordeling og kvalifikasjoner Bestille/sjekke helikopter plasser/tider, holde kontakt med operatørselskapene Bestille flybilletter/kurs for offshore operatører og holde dem orientert Fokus på utnyttelse av offshore personell. Rapportere behov og utnyttelse til Operasjon, HR og Globalt CATS timeregistrering (inkl. sjekking av innkomne timelister, registrering i CATS og kontrollering av overtidsrapport i ettertid) Kontroll av reiseregninger
