Sparring partner for colleagues in Poland, US, France etc in the group standards of presenting the financial Numbers and KPI's. Ad hoc tasks, business cases and projects, such as make/buy analysis.

Key player from a finance perspective in the journey of consolidation production sites into Poland primarily. Heavily involved in implementing the central ERP system into Poland, setting up correct standards/parameters/measurements etc.Training Polish colleagues in the system. Controlling and challenging month end closing and reporting from primarily central sites.
