About Elsebeth Nymann Wegeberg

With great passion and several years of experience in strategy implementation, organizational development, and leadership development, I work for the overall goal of bridging people & strategy. Throughout the years, I have done this by: - Facilitating leadership development & strategy workshops - Developing purpose, vision and values and involving key stakeholders in this foundational work. And most importantly: make it stick in the culture. - Gathering and aligning leadership teams around roadmaps for strategy execution - Business partnering with leaders at all levels- Improving people processes and data-driven decisions (implementing HRIS, eNPS processes, developing people policies, onboarding etc.) - Recruiting the right people and make sure they are well onboarded - Working with DE&I initiatives, reducing absence, increasing phycological safety etc. Personally, I am driven by curiosity and development for the better, and I truly enjoy working in the crossroads between people, organization and results.Privately, I'm married to Emil and enjoy our life with our girls of 5 and 8 years.
