• Negotiating ongoing contracts and coordination with suppliers and customers• Providing support on logistics and shipment of goods to customers from suppliers.• Reviewing contracts and making recommendations on commerciality• Management and reporting of supplier contracts and terms• Providing commercial and contractual support on existing construction projects including preparation of any contractual correspondence and oversight / guidance for the preparation of project variation requests. Preparation, negotiation and resolution of claims and disputes.• Provide an interface between the various business units and senior management during contract reviews, commercial review process and project commercial / contractual issues.• Successfully secured over $80 m of contracts within the CIS, Turkey and Iran.

• Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget; • Managing the preparation of annual operational, capital and cash budgets;• Submitting recommendations for the approval or decline of funding requests; • Forecast future budget needs;• Reporting and presentation of budgets and financial results to the Supervisory Board• Cost control and evaluation of commercial offers of vendors.• Preparation of other management reports as assigned by director or supervisor
