Work description 1. Dealing with clients insuring their satisfaction2. Generate projects ideas, Evaluate potentiality of the projects3. Development and supervision of projects’ design and documentation from their initial idea stages toDocumentation, construction drawings and further more to their full realization4. Coordinator of building engineering services in the various stages of the design process5. Realization of projects designs with CAD tools, with the support of excellent freehand abilities6. Project manager for several projects7. Collection and analysis of information for projects8. Preparing the concept ideas for projects 9. Assist for the development of the projects 10. Preparing the design documents, construction drawings 1- Review and understand all relevant documents and conditions pertaining to the project.2- Attend the formal handover from Proposals and Estimating at the start of the project in accordance with Corporate Procedures. 3- Establish and define any job oriented project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate them.4- Develop in conjunction with the Project Manager and Client a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for the project.5- Establish and agree the level and frequency of reporting required by the project.6- Establish and communicate cost and schedule baselines and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.7- Review overall project status with the Project Control team and Project Management and recommend corrective action where necessary.8- Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with the Project Coordination Procedure.9-Setting the culture of the company10- Developing strategy and direction for the company with Managing Director.11- Leading the executive/senior management of the company (including firing and hiring)12- Managing Financial and Physical resources.

I have been working for MTN Sudan since 19/07/2007 till present as Maintenance Engineer, Construction Engineer and now I'm working in Capital Project department as Project controller reporting to Project Manager & Capital Project General Manager as will my main duties are as following:-Managing all new Construction buildings.Preparing set of Drawing (Landscape, Plans, Elevations, etc…).Preparing BOQ for Projects.Work as consultant for Architecture activities.Designing furniture as (counters, desks, net corners, etc…).Managing and dealing all activities with other departments. Supervising construction work of the new CSPs in and outside the national capital.Supervising construction work of the MTN new buildings (head office) in and outside the national capital.Supervising and evaluating the technician’s performance. Supervising the payment for the sites with the accounting.
