➤ Managing daily operations for fitness, health, and wellness programs including overseeing personal training scheduling and budgets, while reporting to Executive Director and the Executive Board on how the department is operating.➤ Creating life-changing results for clients while leading a team of 27 trainers, 16 Lifeguards and supervising 1 Aquatics Manager in the execution of program management and scheduling as well as company branding and offers. ➤ Serving as a role model by being the pilar that connect the community, building a high performing team, with the purpose of serving other people and leading 20-30 people in group fitness classes, guiding them to excel in their goals and health. ➤ Developing and implementing a comprehensive prevention and wellness program targeting adults that is holistic in nature addressing mind, body, and spirit in a manner that supports vibrant living.➤ Cultivating and maintaining relationships with staff, team members, community partners, and donors, working as part of a larger team to build a robust active community.➤ Collaborating with the leadership team to set the overall vision and determine strategic priorities for operations.➤ Directing people management functions to ensure that they are in alignment with the overall strategic plan and integrated to enable effective and efficient use of resources as well as support team member performance.➤ Contributing as a member of the leadership team and as a manager, serving as a strategic advisor and functional expert on all health and fitness matters for the management team.➤ Developing operational policies and processes to ensure that staff are in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws or regulations.➤ Proactively coordinating risk management in fiscal, business, programming, and people operations.
