In mijn functie als Conversie Optimalisatie Consultant bij valantic ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het CRO proces bij onze klanten. Zelf ben ik onder andere werkzaam voor Primera, vanHaren en JBL. Hierin help ik bij het verkrijgen van inzichten uit de data, zowel kwantitatief als kwaliteit. Verkregen inzichten prioriteer en valideer ik vervolgens, om de waarde van een wijziging ook echt aan te kunnen tonen. In deze rol heb ik ook de CRO opleiding ontwikkeld en heb ik al twee keer als trainer voor de groep gestaan. In deze CRO opleiding leren we de cursisten in 4 sessies hoe zij zelf aan de slag kunnen gaan met conversie optimalisatie. Dit doen we door een praktijkgerichte training, waarin de cursisten vooral zelf aan de slag gaan. De interactie met de groep geeft me altijd veel energie!Naast mijn rol van in CRO consultancy ben ik ook betrokken bij de begeleiding en 1-1 coaching van collega's in het team. Hierin help ik ze op inhoudelijk vlak, maar vooral ook op het ontwikkelen van soft skills. Ik word er blij van als ik mensen nieuwe inzichten kan geven en ze hierin kan begeleiden. Daarnaast ben in sinds eind 2022 DISC- en Drijfveren gecertificeerd. Dit zet ik in binnen 1-1 sessies, maar ook in groepsverband om teams onderling verder op weg te helpen.
