My biggest challenges were to organise Stockmans Art Books’ first and second appearance at the Boekenbeurs 2017 and 2018 in Antwerp, the biggest book fair in Belgium where publishers show off their new publications to the public. I was responsible for all event management, logistics of our booth and the welfare of our artists during the fair. To draw people to our ‘niche’ corner with art books, we organised several events with our artists and authors, such as an olfactory performance by Peter de Cupere, live drawings by Jarno Kettunen and even a pop-up hair salon by Pascal Van Loenhout. Our presence did not go unnoticed, with several articles in newspapers and even a segment in VTM Nieuws and a feature on Jarno Kettunen in ‘Iedereen Beroemd’. Show less

I co-organised a press preview and exhibition following the completion of the new City Hall in Deventer.
