Analyzed sales results of industry products (Samsung Electronics) in retail channels and the clustering of store potential for appointing teams of sales consultants.Used industry data (sales, distribution, and prices) in comparison to the data collected by the field team to suggest more assertive customer service strategies and coverage with the objective of increasing sales.Defined the employee performance indicators (presence and punctuality, collection of store information – prices, stocks, competitors, product exposure), creating seasonal and regular incentive campaigns, training and team turnover monitoring, and managing an annual budget of R$ 23 million.With the challenge of managing 500 employees across the country, created a 100% integrated process of activities carried out in the store and communicated through real-time dashboards.Led a synchrony between mapping activities performed by consultants, mapping of competitors, and real-time action plans with customer visibility.Case Highlight: Black Friday (tactical visibility strategy with no reaction time for competitors).1) Communication: Communication turnaround in 1,200 stores in 10 days with 500 sales consultants – 1 week before Black Friday.2) Routing: Built a new route of operation every day based on the stocks available in the store (reported up to 16 hours of the previous day) with a secondary store for performance in case of stock out.Results: Reached record sales as the world subsidiary with the highest sales result in the period.
