People that have been there a long time for a refresher, and new to being on-air. Much of my work currently with the BBC is on the apprenticeship and trainee schemes - both voice and general personal communication coaching. Recent broadcast work includes: - BBC local network radio. Assisting online journos and Producers in becoming on-air people. E.g Witness History, Moneybox, You and Yours, Radio Shropshire - Audio Lab new podcasters. Helping six new podcasters find their ‘voice’ in delivery and writing- Thought for Day contributors (Radio 4) – working alongside script-whizz Chris van Schaik - The Proms – working with range of new to air musicians for a specific new to air Prom- Various BBC Apprenticeship Schemes. Helping them navigate the Corporation and the world of work- ITN social media journalists. Taking them from online writing style to speech - The Lazarus Heist – finding a mutually agreeable style in words and delivery for a Brit and a US journalistI contributed to Mishal Husain's book, The Skills.
