Contracted for one year to support elearning for Streets in Transport for London.Designed and created the Traffic Management Learning Hub (which was featured in DfT Good Practice Guide) and worked in collaboration with TfL staff, Boroughs and Utilities to create e-learning content. Also acted in advisory role to TfL's L&D department providing training on.

Responsible for instructional design and development of courses for SkillSoft's business skills library. Training writers, reviewing courses, writing courses. Created the "showcase" series "Coaching with Confidence" which won HR training gold award. Fulfilled Lead Instructional Designer role for Skillsoft, and provided project management and instructional.

Responsible for open and distance learning production to support University courses delivered to UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore students as well as providing production support for undergraduate, postgraduate and staff development programmes on campus. Responsible for design, production, implementation and day to day management of the University website.

Assisting the editors of organic chemistry, and physical chemistry lists. Commissioning, writing jacket copy and managing stock. A great introduction to publishing! Also lucky enough to work on electronic publishing.
