TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT - In this specialised social and labour law law firm, I scanned on a daily basis relevant websites and publications for new legislation, jurisprudentie and doctrine.

Noppies Belgium was organised through 2 companies:- CD Retail managed 6 brand shops "Noppies Maternity", located in A-rated shopping centers and high street locations. I co-developed this company and managed hands-on to achieve our goal of professional specialized shops in maternity wear. My responsibilities were human resources management, recruitment, selection, merchandising, visual merchandising, facility management, shop management.- MLD NV managed the wholesale activities for Noppies maternity, Esprit Maternity, Supermom, Noppies New Born Baby, Toddler and Kids. In this sales driven environment, I developed the Belgium/Luxemburg area for Maternity Wear.
