Main Areas of Focus:- Part of the team that worked on the greenfield project and established the country's first privately owned and managed Maritime Institute.- Besides being a Faculty member and Certified Trainer (by the Maritime Training Institute - Shipping Corporation of India - A Branch of the World Maritime University) in the Department of Electrical Engineering, was on the core team to set up 6 laboratories ranging from Basic Electricity and Electronics to Machines and Marine Electrical Systems for the department. Transferred knowledge to about 600 Marine Engineering cadets.- Taught Marine Engineering Cadets, Deck Cadets and Polytec Students at Shanghai Maritime University in the capacity as a Foreign Expert (went on an exchange program for one semester in 2004)- Was also on the QMS team that obtained and maintained ISO 9001 Certification for the organisation
