About Els Van De Kar

I enjoy working in the field of Business Service Innovation as entrepreneur, consultant, researcher and lecturer. Combining those roles gives satisfaction and a lot of inspiration. My areas of expertise are: service innovation, designing mobile information services; developing business models; creating value networks; and business development in the telco, internet, media and sport event industry.Besides my business activities, I am active as researcher & lecturer in academia. I have a PhD. in systems engineering on my research into a design approach for mobile information services that balances customer, technology and organizational issues.Currently, I am part-time joining the Business Information Management section at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University; and self-employed as an innovation advisor.
