- managing 2 HR officers- defining and implementing HR procedures- developing and promoting of HR policies- recruiting and selecting of all kinds of profiles (white collars, middle and senior management)key realizations: - I led several social audits during due diligence phase which led to acquisitions (mainly in France)Throughout the acquisitions I was successful in smoothly integrating, minimizing the resistance within the newly acquired companies (good insight in the culture and values of the acquired companies)- Early on in my career I was responsible for recruiting senior level management in our newly acquired companies : I led the selection process from start to the introduction of the new managers into the Group (reporting to Belgium HQ)- I was end responsible for several restructuring projects in the Netherlands and France, most of them were phased in time and were in line with the budget
