Hello, I'm Elsy Pinzón; through more than a decade as an Industrial Engineer, I have focused on supporting the company's growth committing myself to achieving customer satisfaction through Supply Chain excellence. My career in Supply Chain has given me skills such as analytical thinking, problem-solving, and integration of various teams, such as sales, operations, human resources, and technology. This continuous contact with all the processes has strengthened my skills as a negotiator and given me a broad vision. During the last two years, I worked on software development projects focused on last-mile deliveries, discovering my new passion for agile projects and methodologies. My goal is to make these logistics skills, tied together with a new agile perspective, to help companies achieve innovation, structure, effectiveness in projects, and excellence in processes, using custom methodologies that fit their culture and strategy.I'm creative, good at developing people, problem-solving, structuring processes, and highly client-oriented. My role has been leading projects, managing operations, and improving processes.
