Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at ION, day-to-day tasks are often categorically different from one another, but main task needed to stitch together all aspects of the company. Thus, and in a given day I have to complete tasks that fall into many different categories:• Analytical tasks, such as pricing and market research• Creative tasks, such as graphic design, advertising and product, and service promotion• Interpersonal tasks, such as coordinating with other company executives in creating alignment on strategy and execution plans

As a UI/UX Designer, my role is to design and create intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. I am responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and mockups, and testing designs to ensure they are both visually appealing and easy to navigate. I work closely with the development team to ensure that designs are technically feasible and to implement the designs into the final product. I also use data analysis to track and measure the performance of designs, making adjustments as needed to improve user engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, I stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that the designs are innovative and cutting-edge. Overall, my role is to create designs that are both visually appealing and easy to use, and that enhance the overall user experience of the product.
