 Increased E-Commerce usage from 0% to 35% within half year by the implementation of a series of strategies like E-Monkey campaign and other incentive scheme as well as the outstanding leadership and coordination between departments. As a recognized trainer in the company, I have successfully conducted lots of trainings and workshops to sales persons who have become E-Commerce promotion experts as well. Joined the company’s Asia Pacific E-Commerce meeting and awarded the Best Presentation. I believe attitude, enthusiasm, knowledge and skills have played crucial roles when I was propelling E-Commerce growth in Southern China.  Compile annual marketing plan on the basis of which client base is maintained and developed. Implementation of marketing plan is monitored and reviewed on monthly and quarterly basis.  In charge of PR activities like customer’s party, sponsorship, etc. Successfully held the import customers party in Dongguan and sponsorship to Global Sources.

 The job was of high pressure and risk, which required very good and exact communication and the capability to work with other team members. My communication skills improved when I was working with different parties like Yantian International Container Terminal, Singapore Central Planners, Chief Mates and HK colleagues.
