I have been involved in the ICT industry for over 30 years. As part of my responsibilities I also set up the business consultancy aspect of the organisation and worked very closely with the Chief Operations Officer. As part of the operations I handled Complaints Management and the Managed Services as well as keeping track of project costs, resources and logistics, and comparing to standard cost books. In my previous role, I created the BI section of the organisation and recruited over 40 people creating one of the continues revenue earning aspect of the company. The team established an 80% productive time KPI with constant annual profitable earnings.During my career I have managed project teams spread across 4 countries on projects with budgets of over €1.5 million. In the recent years I concurrently managed 2 large projects in the UK with a workforce of 15 people and quality managed another project worth over €3 million. During my time with the company, I designed and built a couple of extremely successful systems that have generated revenue, profitability and benefit for our customers. Amongst them were - CareSolutions, capturing and analysing all hospital data- JAVALI, analyses all patient data and the corresponding coding, compared to the revenue generated for the hospitals- MPLOY, an operational system used by all the staff in the company and reported on all performance by the organisationI have also delivered various seminars and courses, as well as published articles; in Business Intelligence, data warehousing and Agile Project Management, in both the Maltese and International markets, amongst these was the Jazoon conference in Switzerland.
