Coordinates the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of county-wide curricular programs as assigned. Develops lesson seeds and lesson plans for Common Core Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry for the Maryland Department of Education.

Writes items (test questions) for the Maryland High School Assessment for Algebra/Data Analysis.

Advocated to create the best possible environment for TCPS teachers/support staff members to do their job in providing great public schools that every child deserves.
