Ran the Christchrch branch of New Zealand Micrographic Services, managing a digitisation team and project managing customer implementations of the Recollect collections management platform. Responsible for all production, staff and customer training, budgeting, scheduling and logistics of the branch. Provided pre and post sales on-boarding and support to customers across sectors including councils, galleries, museums, education and Archives NZ. The role was disestablished due to the impact of Covid-19 on the business.

Created end-to-end promotional, educational and social video content for a cryptocurrency startup. Devised a content production schedule and delivered finished videos comprising scripting, scouting, talent coaching, shooting, directing, editing, audio, motion graphics and post production. As ‘Dragon Manager’ I worked with influencers to build a social media style community portal to engage and educate Dacxi customers. A classic 'many hats' startup role that was a wild ride I'll never forget!

Worked closely with sales and marketing teams to increase market share, develop new markets and improve customer experience and ROI. Customers ranged from SME to corporate sector enterprise accounts including commercial print, packaging, civil engineering and loval government.

Solely responsible for business analysis and development, brand strategy and positioning, B2B marketing. Represented GMG software and imported GMG paper to New Zealand, trading as GMG New Zealand.

Developed and implemented marketing strategy to introduce the ISO12647 standard to the New Zealand market, leading to widespread adoption and compliance.Began this role as Systems Integration Manager at Frontline Technologies, acquired by Aarque Group in 2009. As a member of the executive management team at Frontline I was involved in developing and implementing brand, business and B2B marketing strategy.

Consultant to UK print, agency and design companies. Marketed and implemented a wide range of colour management, imaging and proofing workflow software solutions and cost-saving strategies to clients including Rapida, TUI Group, PH Media, Adtec, NMI. Ceased trading to emigrate to New Zealand in December 2005.

Responsible for planning and implementing digitisation strategy for Getty Images group. Introduced world-first RGB workflow that incorporated digital production, art direction, design and pre-press from centrally managed Adobe RGB assets, which remains the de facto standard for stock image delivery. Reduced cost of pre-press from £400k to £75k. Employed, trained and managed 22 staff at Tony Stone Images; implemented a 24/6 shift system to meet targets. Increased productivity by 100% at Hulton Getty through shift and workflow planning. Introduced a colour management system that enabled print consistency worldwide and increased monthly sales from gettyimages.com to 80% of income.
