Supervisor of a logistics unit with 3 work shifts that operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the responsibility of ensuring the safety of 41 people. We managed to deliver the year with 93% bonus remuneration and without any operational accidents. This year in particular was very challenging due to "COVID-19", in which we studied the best situation the world was in and designed safety processes so that employees could work without exposing themselves to the risks of contamination and this actually contributed to achieve our goals with no accidents or lost time recorded.

Inventory Control Analyst (Prevention and Losses) this year we managed to achieve the "Sustainability" seal in the "DPO - Ambev" audit program, which placed our logistics unit as the best in the country. We managed to reach our cost target saving ~R$300 per year.I acted as a trainer for new control analysts and carried out Loss Prevention workshops, helping other units also achieve their results with the dissemination of simpler and more directional processes.

Aracaju - Se

This year we managed to achieve the "Certified" and later "Sustained" seals in the "DPO - Ambev" audit program, elevating our unit as one of the best in the country.We also changed the logistics unit "CDD Aracaju" to "CDD Sergipe", in which with the new unit we increased our storage capacity and also our fleet of trucks, thus being able to meet greater demand from the commercial and sales team and thus increase the company revenue.
