• Developed strapdown navigation system capable of providing navigation solution for the guidance and control of aeronautical vehicles.• Spearheaded the development of regression test facility to provide the laboratory with a capability to evaluate the functionality and stability of navigation algorithms.• Designed a series of test vectors to evaluate the robustness of navigation algorithm and automating the test procedures, ensuring that the assessment can be completed in a given time frame.• Performed technical analysis on navigation sensors available and provided recommendations on sensors relevant to the project.• Collaborated with project engineers from different disciplines during system integration and testing to achieve the desired outcomes at the project stage.

Developed insights on the productivity and defects present in the work of the production line by analysing the Hours Per Piece and Quality Clinic Process Chart data, thereby enhancing supervisor's operations management.Implemented Direct Charges Indirect (DCI) Reduction Plan to reduce unnecessary non-work manhours in the system. The plan allowed managers to have better awareness of their employees’ manhours distribution and improved the manhours distribution over time.Adapted the operations of machines into detailed safety work procedure drafts. The safety work procedures were approved by the managers first hand and encompassing in providing employees with the necessary safety awareness in operating the machines.
