I have been in the field of User Experience (UX) for twelve years. During those years I have grown from an analyst who gathers requirements and wireframes them, to a Lead UX Consultant that covers all aspects of User Experience, and led teams. My experience spans UCD based user research, mapping journeys, composing IAs, to creating wireframes, testing solutions (heuristics and usability tests) to finally collecting feedback and analytics to improve the solution. I am very accustomed to working with internal stakeholders that include the development team (designers, developers, quality assurance), project managers, account managers and working with external stakeholders like end users, clients and investors. I am comfortable working with both large enterprises, especially the telecom sector which I have deep knowledge of, and startups; I have worked with startups and assisted in the development of their business models and shaping how their products' roadmaps and cycles were going to look like. My projects span building web apps, mobile apps, intranets and even hardware. My clients are dispersed in the US, Europe and the Arab Gulf.
