Human Resources Vice President For Spanish Latin America (Executive Committee)Experian Jul 2012 - Dec 2015Costa Mesa, Ca, UsI was invited to take the CHRO role in a newly created region, Experian Spanish Latin America, with offices in Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Argentina, and Mexico.I consolidated the HR within the countries and implemented processes aligned with local and global strategies. That included new Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Executive and Cultural assessments, and a vast Change Management.I worked very closely with my peers at C-Level, establishing a new Executive Committee and integrating the members of the acquired Company, new hires, and executives from Experian that joined the region.I managed an Organizational Culture evolution project, integrating regional and global best practices, increasing engagement by 20% in two years.
