Weatherization Management Group is an outsourced weatherization project management provider for government entities, utilities and home improvement retailers responsible for carrying out large, residential weatherization programs. Based in Dallas, TX, WMG’s suite of services include all marketing, administration, installation and reporting services associated with the locating, assessing, upgrading and tracking of single family, multi-family and light commercial energy efficiency improvement projects.

Icarus Investments, Inc. is a boutique private equity firm founded in 1997. As Vice President of Information Technology I was charged with developing technology initiatives and oversight of technology within the Icarus group of portfolio companies.

Efficient Attic Systems, founded in 2003 is the predominate retrofit energy efficiency company in the Southwest. As Vice President of Information Technology I designed custom solutions to digitize the workplace and streamline processes, designed and implementation call center solutions, and managed technology team in support of company business objectives.

Founded to address the ever-present gaps in the public media’s increasing use of digital photographic technology by creating advances incorporating the latest digital imaging and wireless technologies. Duties include formation of business plans, investor relations, management and accounting in addition to product and service development.

Pioneered public multicast peering and data distribution through design, implementation, and management of the world’s largest, privately held, publicly accessed multicast content distribution network, consisting of four regional and nationwide points-of-presence with Frac-T/T1/DS3/OC-3 connectivity and over 100 WindowsNT/2000 and Linux servers. Managed and negotiated customer relationships and peering agreements with both regional and national ISP/NSP’s.

Provided design, implementation and maintenance for the 24/7 content distribution data center. Designated and implemented monitoring tools; HP Openview, MRTG, Cisco Works, and CWSI. Designed Network Operations web portal for centralization of custom management tools and data monitoring. Provided support and resolution for data center issues on core network mesh consisting of Cisco GSR's, 7000 Series routers and 5500 series switches.

Coordinated and managed over 100 remote live events worldwide. Management of event timetables internationally including logistics and synchronization with CLEC's for remote venue circuit installs. Provided equipment requirements and personnel assignments. Managed client expectations to ensure 100% service satisfaction.
