Member of executive board that took company from start-up stage through to $7B IPO, reporting directly to CEO. During this time, we scaled Farfetch's customer base 3x from 415,000 to 1.4M, and NTV 3.5x from $375M to $1.4B. I partnered with the CTO to grow our investment in technology 10x from 5.9% to 15.1% of revenue.Responsible for product management of full Farfetch product portfolio including global marketplace (farfetch.com), core platform, Black & White white label product line. Incubated Store of the Future retail innovation business unit. Led company's mobile and data strategies.Built the product team from a handful of people to team of 200+ across product management, product design, user research, product analytics and data science (search and recommendations) functions. Global team distributed across London, Portugal and China offices.Funded by Index Ventures, DST, Felix Capital, IDG Ventures, JD.com and other prominent investors.

Children’s Council of San Francisco is at the heart of the child care community — connecting families to care that meets their needs, while working with child care providers and community partners to make quality child care and early education a reality for all children in our city.

Started and built out the User Growth team at POPSUGAR. We are a cross-functional team of analytic builders, data scientists and marketers responsible for areas including organic user acquisition, email products and marketing (newsletters, sale alerts, lifecycle marketing) and contributions to performance marketing and SEM efforts for both POPSUGAR and ShopStyle. A few of our accomplishments:1) accelerated POPSUGAR user acquisition by 8x, which resulted in email becoming the third largest traffic source for the company.2) accelerated ShopStyle user acquisition by 15x.3) built infrastructure to perform cohort and LTV analyses for users across both business units.4) drove progress in search relevance for ShopStyle, which included implementation of big data infrastructure and application of machine learning techniques.

Successfully integrated Circle of Moms into POPSUGAR. Exceeded business objectives in the year after acquisition by 150%. Retained >80% of team members for one year after acquisition. My team's key contributions to POPSUGAR include: 1) scale for the company's parenting channel, currently the largest at the company by reach with over 6M monthly unique visitors; 2) blogger marketing programs that serve as the foundation for the company's efforts around native advertising and community-sourced contributions (POPSUGAR Select); 3) email and A/B testing infrastructure now used across both Circle of Moms and POPSUGAR.

I founded, managed and sold Circle of Moms, one of the leading social properties for mothers. Prior to the acquisition, Circle of Moms grew to 6 million registered users, 3 million monthly unique users, and 9 million Child Pages created by moms. I built out a team of 17 that included product, development, marketing and sales. We raised $2M in capital from leading investors, including Floodgate, Softtech VC, Mark Goines and Naval Ravikant.

Lead business development in North America and EMEA for leading in-game advertising network. Manage contract negotiations, content acquisition, pipeline strategy and greenlight process.

Worked on nationwide roll out of DVR products. Performed in depth analysis of opportunities in the iTV sector and presented to Comcast upper management through customer interviews and market research.

Worked in various capacities on Microsoft TV product line. Responsibilities included project management, product definition and partner management. Lead program manager for MSTV IPG, low end product in Microsoft product line. Led product team to deliver release to American and Latin American Cable MSOs. Managed relationships with software vendors.
