Regional Director - Central Asia
CurrentDeveloping regional sales in different domains (Fintech, e-commerce, telco etc.):- developing a strategy for finding new customers through various channels (LinkedIn, personal contact, recommendation etc.)- forecast and analyze regional sales, taking into account possible risks (profound experience of working with Central Asia, the UK, and the EU countries)- analysis of regional competitors to optimize and create a better proposal and more qualitative service that exceeds the partner's expectations- handling sales from scratch: from introduction meeting, identification of the clients' needs to signing a contract and all necessary documents, establishing strong and stable partnership relations.- Negotiations with the partner management: development of cooperation, search for new initiatives that can really be beneficial for the partner- Internal team management for the delivery of high-quality service definition of an internal strategy for the development of the partnership.-aligning the internal strategy for developing business relationships with the partner: generating several possible options depending on the client and its objectives to be achievedAchievements:- signing more than 8 contracts with leading Banks and companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2 years- establishment of long-term developing partnership (2+ years)- provision of services on different models (consulting, audits, outstaffing etc.)- regional business development in Azerbaijan: more than 10 potential clients were referred for potential partnership- personal lead generation: signed contracts with more than 5 international and key regional companies ( "big fishes" in the UK, Africa, Malta and others)
