Jesus leaders network is committed to creating a movement of men of character, passionate for Jesus, committed to personal and community transformation. Iam involved in a weekly men's discipleship and mentoring groups sharpening ourselves to be of relevance in the family and the communities. I also organise a monthly couples Network group as a forum for encouragements and learning .

My Key Roles were to ; plans, directs and coordinate all activities of the Alumni programs at Cornerstone especially budgeting, execution and reporting :- Administrations and Financial management - Relationship Management – Fellowships (Marrieds, Generations, Special Interest, Singles)- Student Loans recollection - Internships and Job Placements- Partnerships with different departments within the organization and Following and developing New partners that support the growth of Alumni .- Support transitions of Alumni to the market place

Victory Outreach Ministries is a non-governmental organization, non-political established in 1998 with the general objectives of holistic ministries towards humanities. Project GoalThe overall goal of the project is to contribute to the reduction of the spread of HIV/AIDS by December 2014 through behavioral change communication for HIV prevention. Project Objectives1. To strengthen the capacity of 78 church leaders to integrate HIV preventive strategies in their work, within Alebtong, Lira and Amolatar districts by 2014.2. To promote abstinence among 4, 000 youths (in schools) within 10 schools in Lira Municipality by 2014.3. To promote behavioral change for prevention of HIV/AIDS amongst 650 out of school youth between age 15-25 (not married) in the four (4) of fishing sites of Amolatar, Nine (9) trading centres of Alebtong district by 2014.4. To promote fidelity amongst 1000 couples in the Amolatar, Alebtong, and Lira districts by Dec 2014.

Worked as a liaison between FOCUS national office and volunteer training teams in the Northern Uganda . Trained Student leaders and other potential leaders in leadership, missions, evangelism and other essential counseling skills. Worked with Regional Working Committee to raise funds and resources for the ministry, specifically enlisted individuals who provided regular financial support to the ministry. Organized dissemination of books and coordination of book fairs to boost sales. Served as public relations officer for the region which entailed selling the ministry to churches, organizations and individuals to develop partnerships . Developed training curricular especially in Bible studies, Leadership and HIV Aid Prevention response among students .
