Responsibilities/Tasks/Accomplishments:• Preparing Lean 6 Sigma business plans; executing the plan and reporting to Executive Committee• Determining improvement areas in the processes of the company (in finance, purchasing, investments, operations, quality control&assurance, HR departments, etc)• Selecting project managers and following up the performance of project managers• Controlling and supervising ongoing projects• Following up the results of the projects • Managing related important projects of the company• Coordinating strategic planning process of the company• Designing new purchasing process• Re-structuring and re-designing the whole company organization (re-structuring of organization chart, roles, and responsibilites) • Presenting/reporting results to the General Manager and Executive Committee

Responsibilities/Tasks/Accomplishments:• Forecasting domestic sales for the next 4 months and managing deviations of actual sales from forecasts • Designing new statistical model for forecasting domestic make to stock sales • Managing sales inquiries and sales orders• Determining raw material requirements for purchasing plans • Preparing yearly business plans for material transactions of raw materials and finished goods• Determining targets for raw materials and finished goods inventory; following up the deviations and identify the reasons; presenting/reporting the results to the Executive Committee• Coordinating sales and production departments to prepare long term capacity plans
