• Being agent of Italian companies: Marzotto Group, Ermenegildo Zegna, presenting seasonal collection to the local market.• To organise and follow up customers’ purchase from order to delivery process. • Coordinate sales and purchases between suppliers and customers to ensure a smooth delivery.• Knowledge of current export and import regulations and laws by consulting to customs broker• To arrange import/export documents based on required incoterms.

• To be bridge between Turkish manufacturer and Italian factories such as E. Miroglio, Linea Piu, DIVE, etc.• To organise and follow up customers’ purchase from order to delivery process. • To visit Italian factories with customer for quality checking in during production if necessary.• To follow up the payment term in order to advise to accounting.• Calculating and deciding the Incoterms for Turkish manufacturers from Italy and Bulgary.

• To facilitate orders, queries from initial contact through to delivery and payment• To resolve customer problems within timescale to customers satisfaction.• To work closely with the Production Planners to ensure that the Customers’ orders and requirements are managed efficiently.• To support Account Managers, provide relevant Customer/client information, and requirements .• Ensuring that all outstanding orders are diarised and the relevant status flags are checked, added and removed within the set timeframes..• To have a good understanding of products and services and proactively highlights business opportunities.• To arrange import/export documents based on required incoterms.• To follow up clients’s account statement .
