Building strong relationships that facilitated the company’s ability to operate effectively in the local energy industry.• Led the merger of Transmark Renewables BV's Turkish affiliates, consolidating them under the unified framework of TTG. This strategic move significantly increased capital infusion into the TTG entity.• Actively participated in the engineering design of the geothermal power plant and reservoir management.
